Absolutely. Every workout is curated for men over 40. What does that actually look like? You’ll get joint-friendly workouts that are suited to where you’re at in your fitness journey. Can’t do squats due to your knees or back? Not a problem. We have a replacement exercise for that. Or maybe you haven’t quite worked your way up to an exercise you’re finding too hard.
